What is your telephone number for technical assistance? I have a problem that should be simple to resolve, but has not been yet. I am extremely frustrated since I have been trying for many months to straighten out a problem that says I need to be verified because my email has been used before. Today I got as far as getting my password straightened out, then I had to be “verified” by a robot as far as I can tell, which needs glasses. It kept telling me the photo of my license was too blurry. The photos were not blutty. If there is any problem with the photo it is caused by the Department of Motor Vehicles, and cannot be fixed. I don’t know how many shots I took until I couldn’t take it anymore.
To be clear, I am NOT going to snail mail or fax anything. If an electronic system is available to others, it had better be available to me. This is the last communication I will have with Credit Karma before I file suit. I am already very skeptical of the fairness of the credit reporting companies and their systems. If I am not satisfied promptly, a lawsuit will follow.
